During the 2021 OECD Forum on Responsible Mineral Supply Chains Women’s Rights and Mining piloted its Gender Assessment Tool to show if and how diverse voices are enabled, and whether gender concerns are understood and addressed during sessions. The tool covers 3 dimensions: diversity, inclusivity and content.
